As part of Conservatoire National Supérieur Musique et Danse de Lyon´s "Journées de l’improvisation Musique ancienne", Currentes is proud to share a lecture recital on improvisation of polyphony in different styles of Ars Nova. The concert is a collaboration between the ensemble, CNSMD and the University of Bergen. The concert takes place in the incredible Amphithéâtre Darasse. We thank in particular Barnabé Janin for his work with us over the past 3 years, and his guest appearance in the performance.

The project "Wheels within Wheels", in which Currentes is a partner, contributes to the Christie Conference with the performance (In)tolerance. See the whole performance here.

"Mouvance I. Mass." The first of three concerts with Currentes and "Wheels within Wheels" for Bergen International Festival.

"Mouvance II. Intonation." The second of three concerts with Currentes and "Wheels within Wheels" for Bergen International Festival. The concert takes place in T-Michaels´ shop at Tårnplass.

Currentes performs a programme of British baroque music, including songs by Turlough O´Carolan, Matthew Locke and Henry Purcell.

"Tiggeropearaen". Currentes offers a lecture recital about "A Beggar´s Opera", including performance of several of its Ballads.

As part of the University of Bergen´s Medieval week, Currentes performans a mass program consisting of polyphonic compositions to the ordinary of the mass, and the ensemble´s improvisations and arrangements of the proper of the mass in an Ars Nova style..
